The brief is to plan and design a public-access Web site for the custodians of British football. The site will be used to share information with and gather opinion from football fans world-wide. The site's production is to be phased over two years with outsourcing of many components to third-party agencies. Green Cathedral have built a separate and private (Extranet) site for the FA's Football Academies to share internal information on club management.

The inclusion of civil case information from the Royal Courts Of Justice makes Courtline the most comprehensive service available.
